About Us
I have been involved with a wide variety of fish, animals, even insects, since I was a kid barely walking. My water pets began with water turtles (Red Eared Sliders), and eventually progressed to a fresh water tropical community aquarium. From there I got interested in the cichlid variety, as well as eels and newts.
Salt water was soon next to follow my obsession.
I soon overwhelmed myself with my hobby when my father opened a fish store when I was very young. From that moment on, all I wanted was to be around the water pets.
I managed the fish & animal department at a pet store while pursuing my education in accounting, which I received a Bachelor’s Degree in. I practiced accounting for seven years before returning to my enjoyment in life, the hobby of fish keeping.
The many varieties of fish and their soothing ways that are almost hypnotic keep me attached to the little guys. And with that in mind, I wanted to share their relaxing ballet like movements, strange swimming antics, and wild personalities with others.
I attend Fish Conventions every year to keep up to date with the new technologies of fish keeping.
